Water Found – Too Precious for the Planet?
3/20/2010 12:00:00 AM
As the global community fight to save our planet, ISLANDUS Europe discovers earth’s most precious, natural water supply!
Midst in the Atlantic Ocean near the North Pole a natural fountain of youth has been discovered. The ISLANDUS water is pumped from a 140 metre deep natural source directly to the ‘green’ hydro-energy powered bottling plant. Filtered for centuries, the water is exceptionally clean and untouched by contaminants.
Factually, Icelanders do live longer than any other nationality and generally look younger due to their pollution-free environment. Their water, which has a uniquely high PH value at source of PH9, helps the anti-oxidant cleansing of the body, slowing down the aging process and boosting the immune system.
Laboratory analyses have shown that Icelandic water in general, has one of the lowest Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) ever recorded in natural water! With an incredible rating of only 36 TDS, ISLANDUS water – stands high at the top of the table with a firm comparison to other major, leading brands some of whom carry ratings of over 1500 TDS!

ISLANDUS will launch its Fountain of Youth drinking water, a product with unparalleled purity, on World Water Day, Monday 22nd March at the 2010 Food & Drink Expo NEC Birmingham (20-24 March).
ISLANDUS Europe, is a subsidiary of Alftaborgir, and was founded in Iceland in 1976. The company is totally committed to global issues and ISLANDUS is the proud sponsor of Peace 2000 Earthchild, helping to raise funds for peace initiatives and humanitarian work.
With a pledge to raise more than €1m to bring water to people in developing nations, ISLANDUS are hoping desperately to help reduce the shocking numbers of deaths that occur each week from unsafe water. Profits from sales will be donated to water charities. ISLANDUS are inviting people to experience Fountain of Youth and get involved in their World Water Day Appeal by offering the first 1000 customers who order a case of 12 x 1.5lt bottles to receive a free month’s supply of anti-aging fish oil from Iceland. Orders may be placed by going to: www.islandus.org and clicking the ‘Buy Now’ tab.
Eva Makara, who spent some years as the Commercial Attaché in various European countries is the face of Fountain of Youth and will be present at the Expo. Eva has over 10 years practising a vivid interest and gaining knowledge in anti-aging procedures. Endorsing the product’s outstanding anti-aging contribution she states “Icelanders live exceptionally long and healthy lives. Their water helps slow down the aging process and build immunity against diseases”. Her desire to share this knowledge was realized recently when she developed her own website www.appleofyouth.com

Thor Magnusson, who is the Chief Executive of ISLANDUS will also be present at the Expo. Thor who is passionate about sharing the Icelandic fortune founded the Peace 2000 Institute in 1995 and now works with alliances in more than 30 countries. Proud to have been awarded the Gandhi Humanitarian Award in 1996 and the Holy Gold Cross at the nomination of UNESCO, he had this to say “More than 42,000 people, 90% of whom are children under 5 years old, die every week from unsafe water in the developing world. We want to bring the good health and longevity of Icelanders to the rest of the world.”
ISLANDUS Fountain of Youth has an eco-friendly, economical operation in place to deliver this precious commodity straight to homes throughout the UK, bringing a source of health and youth to a well developed country. However, other aims and objectives of ISLANDUS is to relieve the suffering in the developing world, caused by unsafe water that kills more people every year than all forms of violence, including war. The achievement of these aims is dependent on the amount of funding made possible from the donation of profits of sales.
